Focus on your Total Body - Shoulders, Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Glutes, Quads, and Hamstrings. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and keep you moving!
Blast those calories away and boost that metabolism by doing a circuit of three strength circuits and a cardio routine.
All Group Fitness Participants should: Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class as the studio door will close once class begins preventing late interruptions and distractions. Participants must be 15 yrs of age and older. Participants under 18 yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult.

She will be working with a small group of 8-10 people to drop her price point and make fitness instruction more affordable.
